We are currently recruiting an experienced Leisure Club Manager for an award winning Leisure in a leading 4* Hotel in Co Carlow. Role will include responsibility for all Leisure Club Operations including scheduling and marketing, developing and managing memberships and database, arranging Special Events, coordination of employees schedules, arranging themed classes etc. Working closely with the team in place you will look after all guests and offer them the highest levels of comfort, privacy, hygiene and advise on nutritional and specific training and fitness programmes.

Applicants need 3-4 years experience in similar role coming from a large busy 4-5* Hotel or private Leisure Centre with extensive facilities and a proven track record in delivering quality service. We need you to operate the highest standards of Guest care and be passionate about attention to detail. Strong Management performance in the areas of training, team development, Sales, financial performance and operating standards is required. Applicants ideally need experience in Hotels already in the Irish Hotel Marketplace and must speak Fluent English.
