We are currently recruiting a General Manager for a leading 4* Hotel in the Limerick region. We are recruiting a candidate with 4-5 years General Management experience in leading 4-5* Hotels. Applicants require a strong Food and Beverage Management background and must have extensive experience in hotels with busy Conference and Banqueting Operations. In addition candidates will manage all Hotel programmes for Rooms, Front of House and Sales amd Marketing operations and will have detailed knowledge of Financial Management and performance, P&L, business forecasting, cost and energy management - indeed all financial matters relating to running the Hotel effectively.

The Hotel is a HIGH PROFILE property and we are recruiting a highly motivated and accomplished individual for this opportunity. Successful applicant will most likely have several years experience in business and leisure style properties in the Irish market and will be a proven Business Manager, a successful Team builder and an effective people Manager.
