Telesales Executive for growing Dublin-based college

My client a leading Educational Centre is recruiting for telesales executives to work at their South Dublin headquarters. Previous telesales experience in on behalf of an educational facility is required.

The Role:

  • Dealing with incoming enquiries from prospective students to our various centres
  • Following through enquiries to booking, with the end result of reaching pre-defined course admission targets
  • Making outbound telephone calls to the SME and Corporate market
  • Ability to effectively identify customers needs in order to maximise all sales opportunities
  • Ability to develop and maintain internal and external working relationships
  • Ability to meet designated activity level targets
  • Being adaptable to working towards set targets, objectives and goals
  • Ability to achieve monthly targets
  • Ability to close sales


    • The Person:

    • At least 1 - 2 years experience in a targeted sales environment
    • Excellent administration skills
    • An extremely professional telephone manner with the ability to speak to people at all levels in an organisation
    • An enthusiastic, self starter
    • Organised and able to prioritise workload
