We are currently seeking on behalf of our client outstanding sales performance staff to launch a new exciting brand in Shannon Airport. This Brand is a global well known american funky brand and requires confident, sales performers to advice customers on their amazing beauty products.

Candidates are required to have the following:

  • An outgoing confident dynamic approach to selling
  • As the role and brand is quite theatrical a proven track record in a sales environment is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years retail experience is essential
  • Make-up experience is desirable but not necessary.
  • A passion for cosmetics and innovative beauty products is necessary
  • Excellent communication skills and team skills are required.
  • Candidates will be required to complete a 10 year criminal background check
  • Candidates are required to have lived in ireland for 5 years + in order to make airport security clearance by the required launch date.
  • Administration skills necessary as within this senior role, you will be reporting to the regional management team regarding sales performance, targets, stock issues and events.
Candidates must be available on a Part-time and Full-time flexi basis and full time hours will be required after launch date in 2 weeks.

Candidates are required to be available immediately to start and interview this week in Dublin.
