A well established and expanding learning and training Company currently has a vacancy for a training coordinator role. You will be working in an office with 3 others in the admin team.
This key role in our company involves taking responsibility for the full training coordination function; which includes :
- Booking and negotiating with trainers
- Booking and negotiating venues for training
- Scheduling and managing our trainers and their schedule
- Clarifying and managing clients needs
- Needs analysis
- Interviewing and managing Associates and Lecturers
- Customer relationship management
- Developing training management policies and procedures
- Managing and coordinating training resources.
Requirements:
- The ideal person is likely to be energetic, organised and keen to take responsibility in a small office environment.
- A qualification in administration related discipline would be an advantage.
- Candidates must be highly computer literate with a natural aptitude and interest in administration and management.
