THIS ROLE IS BASED IN WEXFORD PREDOMINATLY
Our client a leading Supermarket group now require a Fresh food operations manager for a mulitisite role to cover a number of their stores in the Southeast of Ireland
THE PERSON
You will be a passionate foodie, with a third level DEGREE education and three years commercial experience in the food industry. You may be coming from a food science background, or food technology or NPD. You could have qualified as a chef and want to develop your career further. We are looking for an individual from outside of retail, because we are looking for an individual to think out side of the box.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Fresh food, you will be involved in every aspect of the companies fresh food operation from sourcing product, Hygiene standards in store, service in store, margin management, stocktaking, NPD and driving the sales through the companies people.
