COMPANY PROFILE:
Our client are an established Fashion retailer with stores based throughout the Republic of Ireland, this brand is well known for offering “value for money” excellence in customer Service and quality in its range of clothing, footwear and accessories.
The ideal candidate for this role will come from a Store Manager Retail background (ideally fashion) and will also have experience in:
• Managing store teams in excess of 20+
• Managing volume in merchandise and large square footage of 10,000 sq ft +
• Will have experience in managing large store turnover in excess of €5 million
• Must be sales and target driven with a very strong commercial focus on the business
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate the management team
• Strong Commercial Awareness.
• Strong focus on Store Merchandising & standards
• Health & Safety awareness
