Operations Administration and Logistics Executive Required for a Charity Fundraising Agency.

Total Fundraising is an organisation working with well known charities such as Dogs Trust, Barnardos and Focus Ireland with teams located Nationwide. We employ passionate and energetic individuals to work in fun, supportive teams campaigning and fundraising for leading non-profit and charitable organisations.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced person with a background in logistics and administration to advance their career while helping do some good. The successful applicant will be providing administrative and logistic support to our field operations manager and our fundraising teams.

THE ROLE:

As the Operations Administration and Logistics Executive you will report directly to the Field Operations Manager. Your duties will include:

- Acting as a first point of contact for fundraising team leaders, office visitors and telephone, fax and email communications.

- Providing support for the Campaign Team with production of laminated materials, preparation of team information and fundraiser I.D.s.

-Organisation of accommodation for fundraisers.

-Monitoring and control of stock levels.

-Production and distribution of weekly rota and reports to processing and fundraising teams as well as our charity partners.

THE PERSON:

As the Operations Administration and Logistics Executive you must :

- have some experience in administration or logistics/planning .

- be committed to working accurately, enthusiastically, reliably and flexibly .

- be highly numerate and have strong PC and IT skills especially in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

- have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong comprehension of written information and be conversant with Irish spelling , especially in surnames and place names.

- be able to work in a team environment within tight timescales, planning and prioritising your own workload .
