Total Fundraising is an organisation working with well known Irish and international charities such as Dogs Trust, Focus Ireland and Barnardos. We have teams located nationwide, raising much needed funds for our charity partners. We currently require a data entry clerk to work in our head office in Dublin 1. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to get involved in the charity sector.
Full time Hours: 9-5.30 Monday to Friday
Excellent Typing speeds and accuracy required.
Training and instruction received on an ongoing basis. Specific Responsibilities:
Process and analyse data in connection with our many successful and varied fundraising campaigns: Keying new data and validating existing data with 100% accuracy, processing each transaction in line with our charity partners' policies, processes and procedures.
Other administrative duties as they arise.
Personal Skill Set Required: Excellent attention to detail Excellent administration skills
Fluency in English and a demonstration of good written communication skills. A good attendance record and excellent timekeeping. A good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc).
Desirable Skill Set: Certified in computer basics to ECDL or equivalent level. Recognised Business/Secretarial Qualification {NCVA Level 2/3}. Previous data input work experience.
