Our client is a leading distributor of specialist medical device and capital equipment with an excellent track record in the healthcare sector in Ireland.
Due to continuous growth plans, our client is now planning to recruit a Business manager for its existing specialist division. In a growing, progressive and innovative business, the successful candidate will work closely with the business director and have the skills to lead and manage a team with the ability to continually develop relationships with key customers and maintain a focus on the future of the division.
You will actively develop and grow the business and implement a sales strategy in line with this to achieve targeted revenue goals and consistent revenue growth while motivating and lead an experienced sales team.
Role:
• Manage, motivate and drive the business and sales team in line with agreed targets
• Develop key relationships with existing accounts while developing new business opportunities.
• Tender submissions and provide accurate reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly
• Attending national & international conferences, trade fairs,
Requirements:
• At least 3 years experience in Sales Management within the Medical device/Healthcare sector
• Proven track record in sales, people development and relationship development
• A third level qualification
• A Dynamic and self motivated attitude
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
