Life Science Recruitment have a unique opportunity for marketing professionals to start or develop their career in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sector.
Our client is a global pharmaceutical company with over 50 employees within sales and marketing in Ireland. Due to continued growth and new product development, our client is now planning to recruit a Product Manager to join their already existing team.
The ideal candidate will have either:
3+ years’ experience a product manager within the Pharmaceutical sector
Or
3+ years’ brand management experience within a blue-chip environment (ideally in FMCG) and a genuine interest in the Healthcare sector.
The successful candidate will:
• Develop, implement and monitor a strategic marketing plan for two leading products.
• Contribute to achieving agreed product objectives in terms of market share, usage and awareness, plus customer knowledge of key campaign communication messages
• Develop and maintain product and competitor knowledge and an awareness of the market environment
• Create and maintain a consistent customer focused orientation across the department
The ideal candidate will:
• At least 3 Years’experience as a product manager in pharmaceuticals or 3 Years’experience in a blue-chip FMCG environment
• Third level degree in Marketing or Science
• Proven track record of managing products through the business planning cycle.
• Flexible and hard working attitude
