Facebook is looking for an experienced manager who can lead a team of Ad Operations professionals across several key markets in EMEA. As Ad Operations Associate Manager you will guide a highly talented multilingual team of individuals who look after Facebook’s top advertisers across Europe. You will lead this team in several key European markets and coordinate with other leaders of the global team in relation to Europe. This position is located in our offices in Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities - Manage a team of Ad Operations Associates, driving outstanding performance and continued improvement from the team
- Oversee delivery, inventory and optimization for all campaigns and media handled by the team
- Liaise with our Direct Sales team to ensure Insertion Orders are in line with delivery, inventory and expectations
- Test and help develop new tools for our variety of ad units, providing prioritized list of needs and requests to Engineering and IT
- Be the voice for the Ad Operations team across your markets and liaise with Account Management and Sales Management teams across channels
- Manage careers and growth for Ad Operations Associates in your markets
- Scale the team by capitalizing on opportunities for increased effectiveness and efficiency by driving key automation and productivity initiatives
Requirements - Management experience in online advertising sales and/or campaign management strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence cross-functionally
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized
- Sound strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills
- Strong computer applications skills
- Deep understanding of Facebook and our products
- BA/BS degree with outstanding academic performance
- Proven track record of high achievement and success
- 5+ years of experience/3+ years management experience
- Fluency in a foreign language a plus
