Job Description
to grow the cpw ireland insurance business through tactical and strto grow the cpw ireland insurance business through tactical and strategic management and change e.g. sales performance and profitability, promotion and marketing, customer experience, productivity, cost reduction and efficiency. the role must also ensure full compliance with cpw group and financial regulator standards develop internal processes and ensure that best practice is followed with respect to insurance claims



Requirements
YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS - TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITHIN THE INSURANCE, RETAIL AND / OR TELECOMS SECTORS. - HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING LEADING, DEVELOPING AND MOTIVATING A LARGE TEAM.

- COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING OF P+L, BALANCE SHEETS AND BUDGETARY CONTROL.

- SKILLED IN REPORT WRITING, DATA ANALYSIS AND COMPETENT ON REPORTING SOFTWARE E.G. BUSINESS OBJECTS.

Responsibilities
SOME OF THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE- DELIVERING THE CPW IRELAND INSURANCE P+L AGAINST BUDGET- ENSURE BEST PRACTICE SALES TECHNIQUES, MAXIMUM INSURANCE PENETRATION AND THAT APPROPRIATE AND COMPLIANT ADVICE IS BEING OFFERED TO CUSTOMERS - INNOVATING THE PRODUCT RANGE AND SERVICES TO ENSURE LONG-TERM COMPETITIVENESS AND PROFITABILITY- DRIVING GROWTH IN THE SALES CHANNELS THROUGH SPREADING BEST PRACTICE, NEW PRODUCT INITIATIVES, DEVELOPMENT OF INCENTIVES AND PAYMENT STRUCTURES, IMPROVING PERFORMANCE OF LOW-PERFORMING STORES / INDIVIDUALS, DEVELOPING SALES PLANS AND PROVIDING TIMELY AND ACCURATE PERFORMANCE INFORMATION- DEVELOPING AND PROMOTING THE INSURANCE BRAND THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION, INTERNAL MARKETING AND - MANAGING ALL POINT-OF-SALE / REGULATORY MATERIALS, AND MANAGING RELATIONSHIPS- REVIEWING AND IMPROVING THE OPERATIONAL AND TECHNICAL EFFICIENCY OF PROCESSES AND SYSTEMS AND IMPLEMENTING ACTIONS TO INCREASE AUTOMATION TO EXISTING BUSINESS PROCESSES- ANALYSING KEY INSURANCE ISSUES E.G. PENETRATION, CLAIMS, CONTACT RATES AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, IDENTIFYING BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND DEVELOPING BUSINESS CASES TO DETERMINE THE SCALE, SCOPE FINANCIAL RETURN AND RISK OF THE POTENTIAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES WHILST CONSIDERING THE IMPACT ON ALL STAKEHOLDER GROUPS - LEADING, DIRECTING AND DEVELOPING THE INSURANCE TEAM MANAGER AND INSURANCE TEAM TO ENSURE MAXIMUM CONTRIBUTION TO THE BUSINESS STRATEGY BY ALIGNING THE ORGANISATION STRUCTURE TO THE DEMANDS OF THE BUSINESS
