Assistant Accountant with Russian required for a large finance team based in Dublin City. As Assistant Accountant, you will report directly to the Financial Director and have responsibility for debtors, creditors, preparation of management accounts and other accounts duties required.

Assistant Accountant with Russian:
*Maintaining all ledgers, i.e. Debtors, Creditors, Bank and Nominal Ledger, in a timely fashion
*Preparation of monthly or quarterly accounts for review by Financial Controller. Full and detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet items and excel summary of detailed expense analysis
*Comparison and preparation of weekly and monthly spreadsheets
*Authorising and checking of monthly and weekly wages prepared by other staff member
*Authorising of all creditor payments prepared by other staff
*Assisting Financial Controller in weekly /monthly spreadsheets for cash flows etc

Other requirements:
*Excellent IT and reporting skills essential
*Meticulous in your approach to work as detail is extremely important in this role
*An all round person who may get involved in all areas of the accounts office if required
*Ability to work on own imitative with little supervision and in a team environment to meet weekly and monthly targets
