A Swedish Technical Support Representative is required for a leading multi-national company based in the South West
Within this position you will be responsible for:
• Provide accurate and thorough solutions to user enquires
Provide customer service support
• Communication the status of the customers cases
• Research and supply information in order to propose solutions for customers
• Recognise when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff
Ideally, you will be Customer Service Representative with technical support and have previous experience in:
* 2-3 years call centre experience desired
* Previous customer service experience essential
*Technical support experience an advantage
Fluent Swedish speaker
