GENERAL MANAGER
This property is seeking a current GM with a minimum of 5 Years GM experience.
We are seeking a candidate whom has the following Minimum experience attained to date:
Strong GM experience gained at 3*/4* level
Has good Planning, Organizational, and Motivation Skills
Is an innovator and can think whilst on the run
Has a good grasp of Hotel Controls and Procedures
Has Recruitment & Selection Experience
Can develop the Hotels Sales Team & Networking
Is driven to be the Best with excellent standards
Has LARGE Hotel exposure with F&B , C&B facilities.
Can maintain Service Levels through all departments
Is a LEADER not a follower!
Can you develop a Sales strategy?
Can you guide the current Management Team?
Are you a problem solver?
Can you fill bedrooms in this difficult economic time?
Can you network effectively?
Have you industry contacts?
