Customer Services Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of customers as follows:

  • Responsible for processing all orders received according to the relevant Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Responsible for effective and efficient communication with our customers.
  • Attend and participate in weekly Product Scheduling Meetings when necessary. Setting up and maintaining customer files to include correspondence and invoices. Maintain pricing files per customer and implementing price increases as directed. Provide an up-to-date shipping profile per customer to the shipping department. Responsible for keeping a log of all backorders manufactured.Provide a support function to the sales department. Accounts Receivable assistance for Germany Customers to include: Keying invoices on to the creditors’ ledger, ensuring all invoices are coded to the correct cost account. Ensuring all procedures in the accounts payable function is in compliance with the requirements of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley)
Education and Experience

Fluent in German and English, both written and oral Leaving Certificate – 3rd level qualification while not a necessity will be an advantage Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in a customer service environment and A/R Order entry experience Literate and proficient with Microsoft Office
