Job Description – Senior Tech Ops Process Engineer (Contract)

Role

Working across functional discipline and with the corporate network to :

  • Assess facility and equipment capability for new products / processes
  • Transfer in new process / products to the Carlow site
  • Protocol & Report generation in support of the introduction of new product / processes
  • Generation of Design of Experiments to support robust transfer of new products to the Carlow site
  • Assist with investigations related to products / processes
  • Manufacturing Floor and Technology Operations Laboratory support for shakedown, process development and engineering batches


Qualifications/Experience

    • BSc in Science/Engineering
    • 6-8 Years Experience in Biopharmaceutical industry with hands on process / product experience
    • Sterile Vaccine/biologics Formulation/Filling experience is a plus
    • Experience of technology transfer for new products
    • Knowledge of automated systems
    • Proven track record in developing manufacturing processes with the biopharmaceutical industry.
