Client Profile:

Our client is leading provider of specialist network solutions, telephone systems and IT services.

Candidate Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be required to take ownership of complex technical issues from escalation to resolution while building strong relationships with their clients.

Requirements
3 years of field experience

Microsoft Server Technologies, SBS and Standard 2003 - 2008

MCSE Cert or MCITP qualification desirable but not essential

Microsoft Hyper V / experience with server Virtualisation

Knowledge of MS Exchange and Active Directory Ability to work alone and project manage

Sonicwall, Draytek, Cisco experience an advantage

Backup and DR

Full driving license and good customer service skills essential
