PharmEng requires a Project Engineer on an hourly rate contract basis for one of our client sites based in Carlow. The position would be for 6 months initially.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the project manager in the planning and tracking of activities associated with small capital works on site.
- Assist where required in setting up the project management tools to allow visibility on issues as they arise.
- Trouble shoot as required.
- Liase with the various stakeholders on the projects to ensure clear communication between all parties.
- Generate reports as required
- Provide technical process support to the project team throughout the project life cycle.
- Generate and execute Commissioning & Qualification activities if there is a requirement
- Review technical GMP documents as required
- Generate change controls on trackwise and drive their closure in a timely manner
- Be familiar with sterile manufacturing and bring this expertise to the project team
- Participate in the site EHS program
- Review turnover documentation from the managed service for technical and GDP to ensure compliance with Company requirements
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree qualified in an engineering discipline or related field
- 3-4 years experience working as a Project Engineer ideally in the pharmaceutical industry (vaccine background advantageous).
