My client a leading provider of IT HR Solutions with a proven track record of implementing large scale contracts is currently expanding their team and is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their team in Cork, Kilkenny or Dublin. My client specialises in the development and support of HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance supporting clients across all verticals (Govt, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage etc) in the Irish and UK Mkt.
Key Responsibilities:
· The successful candidate will successfully lead complex sales of software, services and/or outsourcing deals. You will be a high performer comfortable talking and presenting to Director level in large organisations both Public and Private sector.
· Manage Blue chip client list in public and private sector in UK and Ireland.
· Develop outsourcing and services areas amongst new and existing client base.
Experience and Requirements:
· This role requires a person with an ambition for success combined with drive and energy to join (and make a career in) a successful Irish company working in the HR software and services area.
· High performing sales professional with an exceptional track record of success in a similar environment.
· Preferably a detailed understanding of technology relating to enterprise systems and their deployment.
· A background and experience in consultancy would be an advantage.
· Project management training/qualifications and experience.
· Able to manage a team to deliver complex sales
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for this role.
· A self starter with experience and confidence.
· Demonstrate how they have made a difference to sales revenues in previous roles.
· Ability to travel is essential.
