The right candidate must; Have experience managing a turnover of at least €8 million Have a proven track record in retail management
Possess at least three years experience in store management
Be currently employed in the fashion sector
Possess very strong visual merchandising skills
Have a clear understanding of profit protection and margin control
Display very strong communication skills
Have a proven track record in people development, succession planning and implementing training plans
