Operations Manager required for Multinational Start up based in Galway.
Excellent opportunity to manage a new team (11) and develop your career in Microsoft products.
Specific to this Role
- Proven track record of leading software development teams through all phases of the product cycle
- Budgets, Operational Activities
- This candidate must have hands on development experience in several of the following
areas- C++/C#, multi-threaded
- Developing Windows server
applications - Developing in a virtualized
environment (VMWare/HyperV) - At least 3 years with
object oriented programming experience - Developing call processing
applications - Experience with real-time
systems - Extensive experience with
high availability systems - Experience with Windows
Communications Foundation - Experience with Visual
Studio a plus - Working with mixed C#/C++
environments strongly desired - ClearCase and Clearquest
experience a plus - Developing in a virtualized
environment (VMWare/HyperV)
- Must work well with a geographically dispersed Team
REQUIREMENTS
- 7 years Management/Engineering experience of which 2 years management experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field minimum (B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics or related discipline).
