An 18 month contract for an Accounts Payable Co-ordinator has arisen in Cork. The successful candidate will report to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for;

    Processing and payment of vendor invoices, in compliance with company policies and guidelines.

    Timely resolution of vendor related issues.

    Creditor statement reconciliation.

    Employee Travel Expense Processing.

    Preparation of Company Bank Reconciliation.

    Provision of cash flow information.

    Provision of various Financial Analysis as required.

    Partake in month end close activities.

    Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements



Typical Experience & Education Guidelines:

    Min 3 –4 years Accounts Payable experience.

    Strong math’s aptitude, with the ability to work accurately with numbers.

    Good organisation and communication skills required.

    Ability to interface with colleagues from all areas of the business.

    Third level education - Certificate/Diploma in Business / Accounting a definite advantage

    Computer Literacy – SAP is essential, windows, Excel and Word.
