The Senior Project Manager will be wholly accountable for all aspects of a new Biopharmaceutical Facility Design, Build, Validation and commercial start up. They will manage the entire Project Capital Budget ensuring that Spend targets are met on time and on budget.Theu will plan, organise and manage a dedicated Expansion Team that successfully delivers the project on time and on budget. They will apply advanced and diverse engineering principles (L6S) to execute a World Class Biopharma Facility build and layout with best in class energy efficient processes and utilities.

The candidate will be expected to have extensive knowledge of Project Management Techniques, Biopharmaceutical Qaulity Standards, Environmental Health and Safety and Energy regulations.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational, project management, technical, problem solving and communication (written & verbal) skills.

The candidate must have demonstrated ability to work with and lead a team influencing them to get the job done, and delivering value-added business results that meet high quality requirements within a tight schedule.

The candidate must also have demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to a diverse audience, at multiple levels within the company, through various formats.
In addition, candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, high level of client focus, and an ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Candidate must demonstrate solid technical presentation skills, test protocol writing, organization, analytical problem solving.
Must be a proven and experienced leader and have the ability to successfully manage a multitude of projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or related technological / materials field with a minimum of 10 years of work experience preferred, with previous experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology area.
Project Management (PMBOK)qualification highly desired.

Demonstrratedleadersip skills with a tested and proven desire to motivate individuals and management team.

Excellent Finance acumen.

Good working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (L6S).
