Sous Chef
We are recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef with a 4/5 star background. The ideal candidate has been in a senior position for the last 2-3 years in a high standard environment.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will ensure that food preparation and production is carried out to the highest standard to ensure customer satisfaction. You have an excellent knowledge of HACCP and Health and Safety to ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen is in line with food hygiene regulations.

You will be responsible for:

    Managing the kitchen to ensure the entire food production operation for the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently in the absence of the Head Chef.
    To create a good working environment in the kitchen while constantly training and monitoring the team of chefs.
    To ensure the food quality is to a consistently high standard.
    Assist in ensuring profit targets are achieved.
    Ensuring that all Health, Safety and Hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to at all times.


Chef de partie
We are recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie with a 4/5 star background. The ideal candidate will have a minimum experience of 2-3 years in a high standard environment.
Reporting to the Sous Chef, you will ensure that food preparation and production is carried out to the highest standard to ensure customer satisfaction. You have an excellent knowledge of HACCP and Health and Safety to ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen is in line with food hygiene regulations.
You will be responsible for:

    To ensure the food quality is to a consistently high standard.
    To assist in creating a good working environment in the kitchen
    Assist in ensuring profit targets are achieved.
    Ensuring that all Health, Safety and Hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to at all times.
