NPD Executive Dublin: €50K

My client is a leading player in the Irish retail market. They currently have a NPD Executive job available in their Dublin West office. This job is responsible for the development of new ranges and products for their private label.

The Position: NPD Executive

  1. Project managing the new product development cycle from concept to instore delivery
  2. Using gap analysis and consumer insights/trends info develop exciting new own brand ranges
  3. Develop and building excellent relationships with print agencies, suppliers, instore staff and the commercial team
  4. Work cross functionally with buying, packaging and design teams
  5. Align NPD process with brand strategy
The Profile: NPD Executive
  1. Third level qualification in food science/technology or related discipline
  2. 4+ years experience in an NPD role within a grocery retail/supplier side environment
  3. 4+ years experience in the Food industry is essential
  4. Knowledge of Hamilton Grant etc specifications systems
  5. Excellent communication, team work and influencing skills
The Package: NPD Executive
  1. €50K basic
  2. % bonus structure
