Successful applicant will have 3-4 years Sales Manager or Business Development management expertise - ideally with leading Hotel Group or Management Company - in a high profile Company, with extensive Conference, Leisure and Corporate facilities enjoying strong business revenues and a healthy Sales mix.
Irish & specifically local experience required. You will work closely the Hotel General Manager and Sales and Marketing Director in managing and implementing the Sales Plan and Strategy and a key focus of your role will be developing the Corporate, Leisure, FIT and Airline markets. Ultimately your role is to develop new business for the Hotel. Some Financial, yield and Rate Management experience is required. Proven experience in Revenue generation, Sales presentations and converting business leads are all expected of successful applicant.
