We are currently recruiting an experienced Front Office Manager for a busy 4* Hotel in Cork. Successful candidate will have 3-4 years 4/5* Hotel, Front Office Management experience, in 100+ Bedrooms Hotel. Ideal applicant will have managed in a similar business environment and ideally in a high end Group Corporate and Leisure Hotel with substantial Rooms and Accommodation Business.

This is a high profile property, enjoys a great location and offers wonderful guest facilities service. The Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring proper service procedures and policies are in place, all teammembers operate to exacting standards and guests benefit from superior attention and service delivery. You are responsible for Reception teams on Early and late shifts, Lodgements and Accounts, Reservations etc.
