Research and Design Engineer responsible for project management and design in an automotive company with the following skills and exxperience required:
An Engineering Degree in a relevant area e.g. Mechanical/Electronics engineering Minimum 8 years experience in an Engineering / Project Management role Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage Proven ability to deliver technical projects on time and within budget Good team player with proven leadership ability The main responsibilities include:
Managing R&D Project team members and organisation R&D elements of Project scope, timing, risk & quality Management of R&D Sub Suppliers Project investments and development costs Estimation of R&D resource needs and development workload Resolution of conflicts of interests Is customer facing regarding R&D topics Work with project management to prepare and organise project planning for cross functional input and scheduling.
