Our Client, a well-known, high-end Footwear and Accessories Retailer is looking to recruit for an Experienced, Commercial and Passionate Retail Store Manager to take over the running of their Flagship Store in Cork City Centre. The successful candidate will mentor, coach and develop a talented sales team to consistently deliver flawless results.

This is an exciting role and an excellent career move for the right candidate! This Retailer has grown from strength to strength over the years and is hugely popular amongst all of the fashion savvy and uber-stylish Ladies!!

Essential Criteria

  • You will be an experienced Fashion Retail Store Manager/Branch Manager with a proven track record in selling, managing, developing people and controlling costs and hitting targets.
  • You will have successfully managed a Sales Turnover in excess of €2 Million and will have managed a team of 8/10 Staff.
  • You will be immaculately groomed, used to working in an assisted service environment where customer service is key.
  • A high-end retail Management Background in Fashion is advantageous although not essential.
  • You will be an expert at driving sales and motivation and inspiring your sales team to succeed.
  • Preferably you will have footwear experience but fashion experience is essential and ideally luxury experience.
