My client is looking for an experienced Beef Processing Manager who will strive to improve and grow the company while taking a hands on approach to all aspects of the position.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day to day operations of production from start to finish
  • Facilitate and participate in the introduction of any process improvements
  • To supervise and manage team of 12 people


Requirements

  • Qualified Butcher/Extensive meat processing experience/Third Level degree in Food Processing (or equivalent)
  • Commercial Knowledge
  • People management experience is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for your craft
  • HAACP experience required
  • Business Management experience and advantage


The successful candidate for this position will be business savvy and have a genuine interest and experience in beef (and lamb) production. You will have knowledge of the commercial environment while being able to assist on the production line if it were required.
