As a result of ongoing projects in South America , LotusTS currently have an opportunity for a Mechanical / Facilities Engineer with experience in Start Up and Commissioning of Mechanical Systems. LotusTS provides technical and engineering support services in the Bio Technology, Pharmaceutical and Advanced technology industries.

This position is based in Brazil for 6-12 months.

Duties :

To manage and execute the start up and hand over of Mechanical Systems for a green field Semi Conductor Manufacturing Facility.

Review Owner Project Requirements and the Basis of Design documents to develop Functional Acceptance documentation and procedures Verify the correct installation of mechanical systems per design documentation and drawings Start-up Mechanical systems, including Air Handlers, Chillers, Pumps, Fans, Boilers and Compressors

Skills & Qualifications

BS in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ plus years experience in start-up of facilities equipment for manufacturing plants

Excellent understanding of HVAC and other Facility Systems Troubleshooting experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills
