Candidates Required Urgently
This is an excellent opportunity for a French speaking Qualified Accountant to join a leading organisation based in Co. Mayo.
Experience required:
- Fluency in both French and English
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA or equiv.)
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is desirable
- minimum of 3 years experience working within a large or medium sized organisation
- experience within a multinational organisation would be of benefit
- previous experience in a statutory accounting role would be of benefit
- excellent analytical skills
- availability for European trave at least once per quarter
- preparation of all statutory books in compliance with local statutory requirements
- ensure all entries are in line with Local GAAP
- analyse accounts and prepare monthly and year-end entries for statutory requirements
- prepare reconciliations between local and US GAAP for all entities
- ensure compliance with VAT, tax and fiscal requirements
- assist in the preparation of US GAAP accounts
- budgeting and forecasting
- payroll preparation
- compliance projects
