Customer Support Manager (Operations Manager) - Dundalk - Prometric Our client Prometric, an established global leader in its field of technology is setting up a global facility in Dundalk to include Software Development, Testing, Customer Project Management & Delivery and Customer support.
Prometric have corporate clients in a wide number of areas from global IT leaders, healthcare providers to educational organisations.
The ambition of the new global centre in Dundalk is to greatly enhance the customer experience through improved Project Management, Software Development, Design, Testing, Delivery to & training of customers aswell as on-going support.
This role is responsible for working with both clients and account managers to outline the design of the exam.
You will take guidance from the Test Design team to ensure that the client’s requests and requirements are paired with Prometric’s technology and capabilities
You will build and manage a team that will have an attention to detail as the test design specifications will be used in creating and quality checking exams.
You should show an ambition and a passion to continuoulsy strive to make the entire process more user-friendly for the client.
This role is also responsible for developing and managing the operations team that will ensure live customers experience is positive by providing timely and accurate end user support.
Requirements: Operations management (customer facing) experience in a technology based environment.
Minimum 5 years direct leadership responsibility.
Experience building a culture of experimentation and collaboration within a team
Customer focus.
Ability to select, manage and inspire a team to provide an exemplary service.
