The Apple Online Store is Apple's eCommerce platform for interacting with customers through the web.
We are seeking to fill a new position of Apple Product Consultant to join our team. The Person
· You naturally build, develop and maintain relationships with customers
· You understand customer services, love the Apple brand and would enjoy showcasing how our products and solutions can be adapted by every customer both existing and new
· You believe in providing an amazing, personalized experience to each and every customer
· You enjoy interacting and communicating with people through a variety of media/channels
· You are a natural educator
Responsibilities
· Deliver exceptional pre and post sales customer service around Apple’s product lines.
· Interact with Apple Online Store customers through multiple channels simultaneously as part of a customer-facing role.
· Create, build and nurture relationships with customers by providing a unique relationship managed experience
· Have a firm grasp on the Apple ecosystem and be able to communicate technical aspects of our products in non-technical terms.
· Understand and convey the positivity of Apple’s corporate values to our customers.

Required skill set:
· Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal and presentation skills
· Skilled at managing and maintaining relationships
· Good at translating ‘techno-speak’ in to “layman's†terms
· Proven demonstration skills
· Proficient computer & keyboard skills
· “Gets†technology and ideally have hands-on knowledge of Apple products, applications and services
· Exhibit composure under pressure
· Fluency in the following: English/German
Experience
· Previous people-facing roles where the emphasis has been on quality of service.
· Any of the following areas may be of interest (not exclusively) – Retail, Sales, Teaching, Drama, Business Owners, Hospitality, Travel, Product Demonstrators, etc.
