As part of our growth strategy across EMEA we are actively recruiting for a Sales Associate for the UK Market. This position will be based in Cork, Ireland.

Specific duties & responsibilities will include:

    Perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, sales qualifications and offer extension to new and/or existing customers.

    Continuously improve the selling experience for our customers

    Meet activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments and opportunities identified.

    Account management of a portfolio of clients and close liaison with the field / channel

    Maintain contact with customers in an assigned territory to ensure customer satisfaction, issue resolution and EMC's footprint expansion.

    Drive process improvement



Requirements:

    Fluent English

    Previous Sales experience, approx 1 - 2 years in an Outbound Department

    IT Storage background (Knowledge of Storage Industry preferred)

    Ability to handle constructive customer feedback and implement ideas for process improvement

    Excellent communication skills both written and verbal at all levels

    “Can Do” / “Winner” attitude essential.
