Job Description:
  • Cost reduction and implementing Cost Improvement Plans
  • Developing, planning and implementing Integrated Care Pathways
  • Developing Integrated Business Plans
  • Carrying out Clinical Service Core Business Reviews
  • Performance optimization in Trusts/Hospitals (e.g. medical productivity; workforce planning; theatre utilization; bed management)


Requirements:
  • Hold a third level qualification, preferably in business or science/healthcare related area or equivalent.
  • Healthcare experience either through business consulting or industry.
  • Opportunities to work across our clients other focus sectors (Transport, Utilities, Central Government and TMT) experience in these sectors would also be an advantage.


  • Demonstrating experience in one or more of the following competencies is beneficial:
    • Supply Chain & Operations:
      • Supply chain/service transformation (cost reduction; productivity improvement; supply chain risk; organization design; planning transformation; service transformation)
    • Business Process Improvement:
      • Knowledge of available principles practices and tools to document relevant ideas, data and recommendations.

      • Cost monitoring model.
      • Stakeholder matrix and Communications Plan.
    • People & organizational change
    • Structured problem solving
