Business Improvement Specialist (Healthcare) - Dublin - Permanent
Job Description: - Cost reduction and implementing Cost Improvement Plans
- Developing, planning and implementing Integrated Care Pathways
- Developing Integrated Business Plans
- Carrying out Clinical Service Core Business Reviews
- Performance optimization in Trusts/Hospitals (e.g. medical productivity; workforce planning; theatre utilization; bed management)
Requirements: - Hold a third level qualification, preferably in business or science/healthcare related area or equivalent.
- Healthcare experience either through business consulting or industry.
- Opportunities to work across our clients other focus sectors (Transport, Utilities, Central Government and TMT) experience in these sectors would also be an advantage.
- Demonstrating experience in one or more of the following competencies is beneficial:
- Supply Chain & Operations:
- Supply chain/service transformation (cost reduction; productivity improvement; supply chain risk; organization design; planning transformation; service transformation)
- Business Process Improvement:
- Knowledge of available principles practices and tools to document relevant ideas, data and recommendations.
