You will work as part of the Service Delivery and Support Team within our Client. This team is responsible for the delivery of high customer satisfaction and ongoing support of existing and new products.

  • Training & Development
  • Problem management
  • Service Request Fulfillment
  • Reporting on performance SLA's , KPI's and general service desk performance
  • Report Writing
  • Project Support
The ideal Candidate

  • Experience working with an ERP System ( Ideally Macola)
  • Good Technical Skills
  • IT Skills - All Microsoft Products
  • Project Management Experience
  • Crystal Report Writing an advantage
  • Familiarity with helpdesk software
  • Excellent Communication Skills
