Our Client is a high end Craft Butchers that is in the process of opening a brand new store in South Dublin. They are seeking a number of experienced Butchers for their new store.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years experience as a Butcher
- Experience dealing with local suppliers
- Proven Track record in Butchery
- HACCP experience
- Ordering and Stock Control experience
- Fluent English
- Possess good interest and knowledge of your product
- Excellent smart attire
- High quality of Customer service
This is an immediate position and the right candidate could start within 2 weeks
