Our Client, a World Renowned, International Luxury Beauty Retailer, is looking to recruit for a Regional Manager to cover all of Ireland. Due to such high demand and desire for the product, this dynamic company continues to roll out new boutiques around the world and will open 10+ franchise boutiques in Ireland over the next few years. This is a brand new, exciting role within the Company as the Regional Manager will take over the existing portfolio of stores to maximize sell-through and profitability, while also developing the future expansion operations throughout all of Ireland.

- People Management and Training

- Visual Merchandising & Retail Marketing
Requirements for the role
- 4+years retail field experience of managing a broad portfolio of retail stores, preferably in the Beauty and Cosmetic industry. A similar background in luxury fashion retail will also be considered.
- Regional Management or Senior Area Management is essential.
- Retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales and people management experience required.
- 4-year/university degree in Business or related field.
- Complete understanding of retail business models, metrics and profitability requirements.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Local market knowledge.
- Results oriented.
- Ability to build relationships with cross- functional teams to drive improvements.
- A hands-on mentality, to get into the detail of operational standards.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively as well as strong influencing skills to ensure that all teams and partners are consistently aligned with operational standards.
