This permanent role would suit someone who has previous client interfacing experience dealing with technical support remotely or on customer sites.
Knowledge of Cable Television and related technologies, digital television, video on demand, switched digital video is essential.
Knowledge of CATV/ICT networking technologies essential.
Degree in engineering or computer science plus 2/5 years relevant technical and customer support experience.
Fluent English essential plus Spanish advantageous.
