Becoming a member of the Big Fish Cloud Gaming team offers a truly exceptional opportunity to be a part of a small team working on our industry-leading Cloud gaming platform. Our Cloud Gaming platform enables the Big Fish casual game catalog to be run in the cloud and accessed on a variety of devices and platforms including, but not limited to iOS, Android, PC, Mac and Connected TVs all via interactive video streaming.

Our innovative platform comprises a large breadth of areas including device integration frameworks, video and audio encoding pipelines, adaptive multimedia streaming as well as integration with content distribution networks. There are tremendous opportunities to make a substantial impact via research and data mining on new algorithms to improve quality of service on these various platforms, as well as contributing your outside of the box thinking to provide the best casual gaming experience over the internet in the world.

The Cloud Gaming team develops the client software that leverages our Cloud Gaming systems to deliver a seamless gaming experience to all of our mobile and desktop customers. We're seeking a talented SDET with a strong programming and testing background to drive quality in our client applications. There will be plenty of opportunities to test across multiple hardware platforms and OS's, and to work with a diverse group of talented programmers. We use agile project practices, work extremely close with the development team, and have a lot of fun!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Work closely with the QA and development teams to plan and write automated tests across multiple platforms Partner with developers to create test plans from functional specifications Perform load and stress testing Contribute tools to the QA team's test suites and testing infrastructure Work closely with developers to extend developer unit tests and share test code Represent QA in design, functional requirements, and code reviews Take ownership for the quality of the product that is shipped Skills, experience and educational requirements:

3-5 years of QA experience Degree in Computer Science or Engineering field, or equivalent work experience 2+ years of experience testing client applications 2+ years of programming experience in the workplace (Java, Objective-C, or C#) Experience writing test automation Exposure to HTML/Javascript technologies Insatiable desire to find every bug you can!
