Top Multinational Organisation requires a Multilingual Order Management Representative. The ideal person must be fluent in English and Russian. This is a contract role for approx 6-9mths, with an immediate start.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and monitoring the order process for a portfolio of clients.
- Entering orders onto company system.
- Updating client details on database.
- Liaising with internal teams.
- Providing customer service and order management reports.
- Order matching and booking.
Key Requirements include:
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
- The ability to organise your work
- Attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong work ethic
- Must be fluent in English and ideally fluent in English and Russian
