Job Duties :
- Analysis of stock & warehouse information & reporting to management.
- Analysis & recording of goods recieved & dispatched
- Inventory management.
- Working with logistics/distribution partners regarding the planning of routes & cost analysis
- Document control of manufactuing, production & dispatch information
- Working with accounts/finance teams on invoicing issues
- Ensuring quality & audit compliance to international standards
- Assisting other functions when required and other duties that may be required by the company
Candidate Profile:
- 3-4 years experience in a similar role within a multinational manufactung enviroment is ESSENTIAL.
- High level IT skills in MS Excel & ERP systems (eg SAP/JDE/Oracle) are ESSENTIAL
- Experience gained in a highly regulated environment (eg FDA/ISO) would be a significant advantage.
- A 3rd level degree in a business or data management field would be a significant advantage.
- Excellent data & work flow management skills.
- A flexible positive attitude.
