Main duties include answering inquiries, solving problems, and perform limited troubleshooting using provided scripting and published materials.
This position supports Xbox Customers in the following area: Xbox Live technical and service support of Xbox Live service.
The individual in this position must possess strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
In addition, they will be responsible for adhering to personal performance metrics, accepting coaching, and improving their personal performance as instructed.
Salary for the role is €23,500 per annum, working hours are 7-3.30pm or 8-4.30pm. Half hour lunch, 2x 15 min breaks. Salary is paid last Friday of every month. Benefits include, travel tax saver, company pension(defined contribution – 2%),educational assistance, career progression, 20 days holidays building to 25 days.
