We currently have a vacancy for a Packaging/Automation Engineer to work on projects within the pharmaceutical industry.

The Projects will involve the following:

1. integrated automated systems

2. MES Systems and associated interface to automation systems

3. Robotics

4. Packaging Systems

5. In line Inspection Systems

6. Data Collection, Storage

7. Work with Vendors on CSV related activities

Experience and Qualifications:

4-5 years experience in life science industry Strong familiarity with CFR related to software (21 CFR 820 –software, 21CFRP11 Electronic Records and Signatures)

Active involvement in similar automation project through the complete lifecycle (URS, FS, DS, FAT, IQ/OQ/PQ and handover)

Familiarity with Risk Assessments, puma’s and GXP assessments of Computer Systems

Expert in GAMP 5.0 guidelines Familiarity with SOP creation for, Computer System Maintenance, Back-up/Restore/Archive/User Management/ Security/Disaster Recovery.

Familiar with PLC(RS Logic), SCADA (RS View) and MES Systems Understand and read PLC Ladder Logic, Java and HTML Code

Understanding of IT Infrastructure Understanding of Relational Databases (SQL)
