Our company, a progressive and growing outsource provider, currently have vacancies for experienced, motivated, positive and sales focussed telesales agents to join our team. Full training provided with an excellent opportunity to gain a Fetac Level 6 certificate in 'Consultive selling', with no fee required.
Responsibilities:
Inbound/outbound call handling
Analyzing customer needs, pitching potential benefits and closing the sale. Meeting daily, weekly and monthly targets
Identify opportunities to improve sales process and share learning’s with other agents and team leaders
Skills required:
Be a self-motivator with a passion for sales.
Pro-active customer and target focused
Excellent communication skills
Ability to develop good rapport
Computer literate and excellent English
