Due to rapid expansion, VoxPro are looking to recruit a team of ambitious, confident and professional sales agents, who will manage and develop outbound telephone based B2B leads and sales.


Reporting directly to the Sales Manager you will develop your own business by:

Making outbound calls to the Corporate Market – you will build a network within new and existing organisations. Ensure achievement of daily/monthly targets by undertaking and responding to a high volume of sales calls You will develop relationships with Key players and decision makers within those companies Maintain a high standard of quality to maximise company performance You will capture required data and process through appropriate systems Update the in-house system with relevant customer information you will log information on sales calls where required and maintain detailed and accurate records Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role, by active involvement in regular training and retraining Working as part of fun and dynamic team you will establish and maintain effective working relationships with your co-workers, managers and clients. Deliver excellence in customer service in an efficient, professional and courteous manner at all times

A minimum of one years outbound sales/telesales/lead generation/new business development experience Proven track record in achieving targets and closing business Excellent communication and interpersonal skills You will be a self starter with the motivation and drive to succeed in telesales Experienced at working within a team environment as well as managing individual targets Strong I.T and analytical skills with the ability to work at high levels of accuracy in information management and data handling Fluency in written and spoken English is essential Minimum of one year’s experience in a telesales role is essential Leaving Certificate and/or Third Level Degree required Proficiency in Windows and MS Word/Excel required Account management experience highly desirable
