We are currently recruiting experienced Chef de Partie's for two busy 4* Hotels in Cork, 1 property in City Centre and 1 property on the Outskirts of the City. Successful candidate for both roles will have 2-3 years 4* Hotel, Chef experience. Ideal applicant will have worked in a similar property ideally in a busy Leisure and business Hotel with excellent reputation for its Food, Banqueting and Restaurant business. Both are high profile properties, enjoys great location and are highly regarded for its service, attention to detail and quality of its food product.

You are responsible for Food production in your section and service in main Restaurant, Busy Banqueting department, Private Dining, Hotel bars or Residents Lounge.
